Are you visiting Bangkok with your little one? Looking for things to do in Bangkok with kids? Here I have some recommendations for you guys. My husband and I been to these places in Bangkok and there are other places that you can visit outside Bangkok as well.
Here are the places that I recommend for you in Bangkok!
- Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World – is located in Siam Paragon basement. It is the largest sea life in South East Asia. We been here like three times! The first time is just John and I and the other two are with the family. It’s always nice to come in this place it’s very relaxing and a lot of fun especially for the kids.
- Dinosaur Planet – is located in Sukhumvit 22 The Emsphere, Khlong Tan,
Khlong Toei. You can take the bts (sky train) to Phrom Phong station and get off to exit 6. The admission for adults is 600 baht and 400 baht for kids that measured 90-140cm (3-4.5 ft) height.
And under 90cm (3ft) is free!
- Dusit Zoo – was originally a botanical garden called “Khao Din Wana”. Khao Din means earth mountain and Wana means forest. Dusit zoo is located in 71 Rama V Road, Dusit Bangkok. It’s about 30-40 minutes taxi ride and of course it depends on the traffic if you know what I mean by Bangkok’s traffic :-). The admissions for foreigner is 150 baht for adults and 70 baht for kids. There’s few activities that you can do. You can ride the water bicycle, feed the hippos which we did :-), see the animal show we saw the birds and snake show which kinda cool, and lastly ride the tram.
- Lumphini Park – located in Rama 4 road and if you want to ride the subway just get off to either Silom or Lumphini subway station. It is open for public which is quite awesome because you can come here and just relax. They have a outdoor gym for everyone who wants to be fit. You can ride the water bikes, feed the fish and not the monitor lizards lol :-), they have Senior Citizens Club where the professional trainer come and teach people. There is a public library as well and some other youth activities like tennis, football, basketball, and they even have swimming pool. This is a great place for kids you can spend a day here. After you go for a walk you can spend time at the pool and just relax.
There are other places outside Bangkok that you can visit like Dream World and Safari World. We never been here so I can’t say anything much about it.
That’s it guys I hope this post help you find the best things to do in Bangkok with your kids. If you like this post don’t forget to share it with your friends and family!
