Yesterday, I made this smoothie and it is really good for people who try not to have a REAL ice cream. I haven’t had an ice cream in 3-4 months and found this recipe from my co-team in powerlifting site and I did it the way how I like it. Here’s the recipe for this delicious healthy smoothie! Yay! This is soooo good! What’s in it?
200g strawberries, 50g blueberries, 2 splenda, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop whey protein (cake batter), 1 tsp. xantham gum, and handful of ice then just blend it all together! Yum deliciousness right there!
