Here's another Thai dish that I highly recommend to you guys. We had this dish at our friend's resort. It is really good and so easy to make! I even asked our friend how to make this and now I am going to show you how! Let's get started.
1. Heat a pan over medium high heat. When it is hot, put in the vegetable oil and start to cook the tofu and shrimp together for about 5 minutes.
2. Put garlic, onion, and zucchini in. Season with soy sauce, white sugar, and mix thoroughly. Then add water and let it boil until the zucchini is soft.
3. Pour in a plate and serve while it is hot! I hope you guys enjoy it!
