How to Make Pad Pak Bung Fai Daeng (Stir- fried Morning Glory)

Hi guys! Today, I'm going to show you how to make pad pak ung fai daeng. It is a Thai dish and if you guys remember, we had this dish at our friend's resort. I decided to show you how to make it! And here's what you need for this dish.


  • 1 pound morning glory
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salted soybean
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 4-5 red bird's eye chillies
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil


1. Set the wok in a high heat. Once it's hot, put in the cooking oil and then all the ingredients together. And mix well.
2. Put the morning glory and stir quickly to coat with the oil and all the ingredients. It should take a minute for the morning glory to be tender.
3. Transfer the stir-fried morning glory into the serving plate quickly! Then serve with steamed rice!
